After upgrading to Windows 10 from Windows 7, Samsung Digital-Cam Mini DV does not connect to my PC. I downloaded the latest version of DVC Media 5.1 But still have the same problem: keep on getting message to re-install the device.

I have connected to a Samsung SCD27 Camcorder using S-Video cable. After installing DVC Media 5.1 on Windows XP, 7 and Windows 10, when I execute the program, it gives me an error "Device not found. Confirm connection with computer or device mode." What does it mean and how do I fix it?

I have the same problem on a digi cam VPD 33. Samsung media 5.1 keeps saying device not found.
Any idea?
